Why have I been charged for sending a picture message when I am well within my pay as you go limit. Is this a mistake? Or how can I avoid doing this again.

@dreamersshack Download WhatsApp. If you and the people you message also have the app you can talk, text, send picture messages, and make video calls over WiFi for free. That's Zero. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Sweet Fanny Adams, or any other acronym you can think of.😉

Thanks Bambino. Good advice. I do have What'sApp but I just would have thought that a text message, be it a picture one or not would have been covered by my subscription. The fact that is isn't is ludicrous and is a charge I could have avoided if I had known. After the length of time I have been with O2 it is something I must have done before without realising I was incurring charges. Just another way they have of taking your money surreptitiously. Thanks again anyway.
