Hello

I paid my phone bill early via the myo2 app and it has cleared on my bank and then today I have had the bill come out again via direct debit. I have paid the bill early a few times before and not been charged twice. Now my balance on my myo2 bill is showing as -£10.00. It does say that if the amount does not clear before the direct debit is Due to come out you may be charged twice but does the money that I’ve paid come off my next phone bill then? I am struggling to speak to someone to see if I can get a refund!

The £10 credit you have now will be used to pay next months bill so if your bill is just £10, your direct debit will not be called for next month.

Apologies I’m not good with things like this but the balance is showing up as minus 10 though?

Yes and we know that's weird. However a minus sign in front of your bill amount, actually means it's credit.

It's how a credit is shown in accounting.

You owe -£10 therefore, you are in credit.
