Hi
I was previously on the £30 big bundle and switched to the £15
one which end midnight last night.
I had £20 credit on my phone and went to sleep away before midnight.
I woke up at 3am so thought I'd check my account. I had my next bundle of 15360mbs and £5 credit.
7:30 this morning I had £3. Then a short while ago I had message from o2 I have been charged £2 and went be charged anymore and have 100mbs till midnight tonight then I checked my balance and now have £1.
So very angry At o2. my bundle is working as when I checked it it was 15342mbs so what is going on and o2 owe me £4.

This happens to me every month, what happens is they end your monthly package at midnight then apply the new package later the next day (When you get the text)
