Pending payment

When I tried to order a new phone via the o2 website, my bank card was declined yet a pending payment appeared on my bank statement. Later that same day I managed to order my phone and a second payment appeared. Can someone confirm that the payment still pending will be refunded to me? As I am not paying double for one item!

You really need to contact O2. Usually a pending payment means they are doing checks and if you pass they will take payment. If not the money will be returned to your account.

However, you must contact O2 asap. You could end up with two devices. All numbers in this link

If you are able to, contact your bank to cancel the pending payment.

Thank you! I tried contacting them but couldn’t get through, one of the numbers on that page worked and they have said that it should be refunded in a few working days. Thank you for the help!!
