How can I view my payment history and change my payment details? Where do I navigate to on My O2 after logging in?

This looks like something you’ll be able to do or check in the My O2 app. We have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it

And don’t worry if you get stuck because there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.

So basically it is not possible, if you have PAYG, to view payment history and/or change payment details once logged in on either the app or the website. Fabulous.

You can request a SAR but not all that convenient and you still won't be able to make changes.
