Not the first time I've top up. Tried 4444, on the app and on the web. All saying the same thing. Tried 2 cards, both have funds and not working.

Possibly a system running an update at the time you tried.

Then you will need to use a voucher to top up, or go instore as the shops are open.
Other than that you could call O2 and tell them you cant top up through the auto service. Try 4445 first. If no luck with that, use any of the numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support .

I would go with a voucher then as advised previously even though it's not your first top up.
