Hello,

I went to an O2 store yesterday asking to swap my SIM.  They gave me a triple SIM and told me to call customer service.  Custormer service told me to use a form called keep your mobile number.  I completed the form but I received an email saying that the old and number cannot be the same.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
