can I still buy a 10 pound o2 voucher in Tescos?

i did not mean to specify tesco’s. i was asking if i can still buy a voucher from a shop - any shop. sorry my bad.

Most corner shops are open and selling top up vouchers. Our local Tesco doesn't.
