Pay as you go - Leaving

Hi

I tried to unlock my phone before leaving O2, the chat people told me I had to topup (£10 min)as was 20p short

They said once I leave the Balance would be sent to my Bank account

I then find the device is unlocked already, so I have £24.80 on account, but now when i ask for my PAC code they say no way of getting balance back.

What can be done here as I have be conned

I think it's the best bit of news coming from O2 in in a long time and this is way overdue for customers with a large credit balance, especially those on older legacy tariffs.

Will the terms and conditions reflect this welcome change @Marjo?
