A few things to try
- Make sure Mobile data and data roaming is enabled
- Turn off 5G
- Turn Airplane mode off then on (This often kickstarts things)
- Reboot phone.
- Manually search for a different network
- If using an iPhone, change data apn to mobile.o2.co.uk
- Call customer service to check for any roaming bars

Wow Minott that super sucks. I'm really new to 02, but my son, who has used 02 forever told me that it's a good idea to add a bolt on since it's free even if you are going to a country that is included in your contract.
