I am trying to set up the rolling plan on my new PAYG SIM card. I have tried on the app using 3 different cards, on the web page (both on safari and google chrome) and via 4444 to no avail. I do not want to top up with a voucher in case I then still cant top up with my card. Please help. I have read all the guides and tried to contact on Facebook and Twitter but not getting responses there!

The advice is to try and go to a shop and get an evoucher, as sometimes as a security precaution you cant use your Debit or Credit Card for the first top-up...

If you have any other issues you can call 4445 or 0344 809 0222

Rolling plans require a debit card and cannot be topped up with vouchers.

I'd advise you speak to payment management if your debit card is failing.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support
Best time to call is around 8.00am

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
