Hi, has anyone's credit just dissappeared when they have updated app/merged. Mine has gone, I can make out going calls or text or have any data. This has happened my 3 PAYG sims. I also cant get any information from the app on my credit or ring the balance line. I'm having a nightmare with customer service, all they do is transfer me back and forward. I was promoted a call back yesterday that didn't happen. Anyone else have these issues with o2?

Thanks 😊

@Cbilts

PAYG sims need to be topped up or have a chargeable call mase at least once every 6 months, otherwise they will be disconnected.

Easiest way for you would be to go into any O2 store, with photo ID, to get reconnected.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi, I know that PAYG needs topping up 😊 I topped on the 27th of November, they have updated systems etc. I have lost my credit, I cant top up (not that I should be seems i just topped up) I cant make calls, send text or have data. I am unable to use the app as it constantly gives me errors. I literally feel sick at the thought of having to ring customer service because as they are horrendous. I constantly get transfered from department to department and get no help with my isuue, this has been going on since the beginningof December and I am no further forward. The whole moving to o2 network has been an absolute shambles. I took them to an independent ombudsman and agreed to £30. I haven't even been given that either for previous issues! O2/Virgin are a joke tbh. I am not a very happy person. I want to leave with my 24 year old number and they can't even issue a PAC. Ridiculous!

Contact O2 via Social Media using Instagram or FB Messenger only - links in here:

https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media

As for top-up, other ways in here id you need them:  Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Ombudsman usually can only happen after logging a formal complaint, which means your account is flagged for at least 8 weeks and no support agent is willing to touch your account while that flag is in place.

PAC info here: Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] also.

Good luck!
