Good evening
I have just been on my online banking and it shows I have been charged £20 twice, as I am a pay as you go customer it said the transaction was unsuccessful on the app. So I waited 5 minutes and tried again, and I now have my balance. However, I got charged twice.
Can somebody help assist me with a refund

It will be help by your bank as a pending transaction, which means o2 havent claimed it, and YOUR bank will return it in between 24hrs and 14 days depending how they deal with pending transactions
Best thing to do is contact your bank.. As until the transaction is finalised there is nothing o2 can do to assist you.
