Hi,
Does anyone know if there is currently something wrong with the online form for keeping your number when moving from PAYG to Monthly.
Every time I try it , it simply says
'Oops. Something went wrong.'
Come on O2 this stuff is simple, why are you making it so difficult.

I am in the process of moving from pay as you go to pay monthly and I agree the broken form for keeping the old number is very frustrating, as getting through to someone at O2 is not the easiest task.
Broken forms on the website does not ease the load on the contact centres.

Same here still trying to move from PAYG to pay monthly... tried repeatedly to use the form as directed and eventually end up here. You would think o2 would want the business. It would have been easier to get a PAC code and change network entirely.
