O2 mischarged me.

My tariff is 1p for INT call. Every time tried to contact landline in Bangladesh, it rang once and cost 4p. 

Could you kindly tell me if I was robbed or if there was a technical issue.

In my apps shows 1p. Anyway 1p or 4p it doesn't matter, if I could have talk. And this is not the first time. The experience I having with O2 now, defo I wouldn't use it anymore and will share my experience with friends and family with my social media. At least they could save their money.
