Why is it not possible to view balance information.
Something has been going on for over a week now.
Attending to your customer services online is a nightmare.

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

If you’re talking about the my O2 app then you’re in good company. I’ve been unable to view my allowances in the app for three or four days despite uninstalling and even deleting my account. Nothing works!
According to customer service there is a known issue and they aren’t sure when it will be resolved,that’s as of today Sunday 7th Aug.
That said you can view your balance and allowance by signing in to O2 on the web.
We’ll just have to wait until they sort things.
