I recently changed from pay monthly to a big bundle PAYG sim. I transferred the number with an O2 advisor on the phone but since the sims switched over, I cannot make calls or texts but am able to receive them. My phone is an IPhone 8 and I'm not sure what is wrong. Any advice would be appreciated

Did they send you a new sim card?

You must use a PAYG sim with Big Bundles.

Also check your number in Settings >Phone >My Number.

Yes, I did get a new sim and they switched it over on the phone. I wasn't sure if it might not have worked or there was some settings needing changed on the iPhone. I had done the same with my S9 and there was no issues

The only change you'd need to make would be to reset your network settings.
