hello I am receiving constant blocked calls from a private number and it still shows the balance notification. I have seen that to turn this off I need to call the customer support number. However this is a big problem as I am mute and unable to talk.

Is there another way?

Because these calls are constant and it is hard to use my phone because I have to press ok every 2 seconds.
