Solved: O2 PAYG £5 monthly sim For Automatic gates

Guys I have bought an o2 sim from a £1 shop and have activated it. I want to use the option of the £5 p/m plan as this will only be used to send and receive texts to automatic gates. When I try to top up the min is £10 but also it says it cannot offer me any plans at this time. Any ideas?

@s2sap £10 is the minimum top up but will do two months of the £5 plan.

You can't change your plan yourself for 30 days, but if you call 4445, customer service may be able to do it for you.
