O2 charges me a bill that has already been paid!!!

Hello, I need someone to help me solve my problem.


I use direct debit to pay the monthly bill and this month I forgot to transfer the money between bank accounts and the automatic payment was refused.


On the same day I went to the website and paid with my debit card, it turns out that the system still tells me that I need to pay the bill and now I received a message saying that due to the delay my account has restrictions.


I already tried to talk to chat and couldn't resolve it, the attendant told me that payments via card take up to 5 days to be credited.
