Hi,
It appears I have had no service, poss since an "unknown" call (I did not make) earlier today.
Moreover O2 , has my name and email, but states I do not have any services with them.
When I try to access further help, the access code is set to an obscure mobile.
I feel my number / account has been hijacked.
Help and advice please

Thanks Jonsie, eventually spoke to someone, who took the call on behalf of the correct dept. which reopens Monday.
Btw. Could it be I have just run out of credit? Being a light user only just got thro' my first £10. And maybe coincidentally the call got cut off. But would have thought some marketing option to spend more- even tho prices up almost 10 fold!
