Will I be refunded my PAYG monthly cost as maintenance has already been 7 days and is expected to continue until 13th July? Very poor signal and zero 4G OR 3G internet access.

You will need to discuss any goodwill gesture with O2 by calling 4445 when the issue is fixed.

Your best bet is to wait until the mask is fixed before you try for compensation.
