Lost e voucher

Hi all by unknown reason I can't top up my daughters PAYG from my card so always have buy her voucher. I bought from tesco express and lost it on way to home but have original receipt is there any change of replacement or refund pls? I spoke with customer service but wasn't helpful at all and asked me to go to o2 store which been told they can't do anything as I haven't bought it directly from they store

I doubt O2 will do anything with just a Tesco receipt.

Does it just say O2 Top Up or does it have a top up number?

I cannot see @Paulina89 that, if you approach them, Tesco will be very sympathetic in the circumstances.

It is a similar scenario to dropping a bottle of wine when you arrive home and are unloading your car's boot. 😀
