Just bought a new phone from car phone warehouse which included a £10 airtime credit with a big bundle offer. Inserted the sim in the phone and the balance is zero and and asking for top up. What can I do please

You get allowances in exchange for credit so unless you top up extra, your credit will always be zero.

Thanks for the reply but I bought £10 top up but can't use the phone as it it asking for a top up.
