Just bought a new phone from car phone warehouse which included a £10 airtime credit with a big bundle offer. Inserted the sim in the phone and the balance is zero and and asking for top up. What can I do please

Do you have the voucher you bought?
THey should have given it to you when you bought the topup.
If so, call 4444 and enter the voucher number.
If you didn't get a voucher and you don't have any allowances, you need to go back to CPW to sort it out for you.

You get allowances in exchange for credit so unless you top up extra, your credit will always be zero.

Thanks for the reply but I bought £10 top up but can't use the phone as it it asking for a top up.

PS. What number are you trying to call?
Bundle mins are for UK standard numbers only.
Dial *#10# to check balance / credit / allowances.
