Hello,
I ordered a new Nano-Sim on the 23rd Nov. to fit into a new phone that only takes nano sims, and I ordered it over the phone via the customer service line and also ordered that it be the same number as my old, micro-sim. I was also informed that it should be delivered to my address within 1-5 days to allow for COVID stuff, yet it's been a full week and it hasn't arrived. Also, every time I try to access through customer service, it doesn't let me through or asks me about activating the new one... which hasn't arrived yet. Does anyone have any idea what has happened to my new nano-sim?

It is probably lost or delayed by Royal Mail.
You can always nip into an o2 store and ask for a replacement sim card or if you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
