I bought the £10 big bundle sim for my daughter in store yesterday. The sim has connected to the network but the £10 we paid hasn’t activated so she cannot make calls, send texts etc.
We have tried calling 4444 and typing in different numbers from the receipt but nothing seems to be working.

You need to contact O2.

Thanks. I thought someone else may have had a similar experience and therefore a solution e.g. I’ve forgotten to do something glaringly obvious.

It should have been activated by the store when purchased.
It won't be something you haven't done.
You could go back to the store or call O2 as above.
