Hello, I am a low user and do not want to spend on a bundle each month.  I use my phone for emergencies and keeping in contact with my family, mainly via WhatsApp, especially during the current pandemic.  I would just like to top up an amount and pay for what I use.  Is this no longer possible on O2 and I therefore need to find another provider?

You need to be on a Classic tariff, which you can get from Tesco who run on the O2 network

Not available from O2 anymore but is offered by giffgaff who is owned by O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It's classic pay as you go, just buy airtime credit but bare in mind that it's much better with a bundle.
