Lost signal this morning. Tried network reset and updated phone, still not signal.

The phone knows that there is a sim card in one of its slots (it is a Nokia TA-1206 with two sim slots, but only the o2 sim card in there). 

 

I tried to speak to chat but they are pay monthly only, and I can't call customer services because I have no sim card (even though there is plenty of credit on it). 

The nearest o2 store is 11 miles away.
