I’ve just moved from a sim only contract to pay as you go so o2 have sent me a new SIM card. I wanted to keep my old number but the number from the new card is already on my o2 app and the old sim is no longer working. I don’t know how to get the old number back and I can’t get any help from the virtual assistance
