Lost my simcard

Hi,
Lost my sim card during my business trip. I’d like to have a new sim card but keeping the same number.
Is it possible? If so, how should I proceed?

Firstly you have to report it lost via this route https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Lost-or-Stolen-O2-Device-How-to-Report-it/ba-p/1023988

Customer services will then arrange a replacement sim and you will be able to keep your same number.
