After visiting my local o2 store a few days ago to do a SIM swap, my old device now has 'No Service' and my new device is still 'Invalid SIM card - Network locked SIM card inserted' What do i do now? Wheni switch my new device off & on again it has a message about a PUK?

Any help with a resolution would be much appreciated.

Regards.
Sam.

@Samwotty

Sounds like your device is hardlocked to a different network.

Contact the network that locked it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
