Hi everyone
I’m on payg but use big bundles
Today a new bundle started (I actually changed up from a £10 to £15 bundle from today) and it all shows on my O2 as correct.
However I have received a message saying I have used £2 of data today and will be charged (and this has been deducted) but no more charged today.
So I’m being charged as if I was on a standard rate without a bundle, but I have one.
How do I resolve this? I can’t find a way of actually speaking to someone

@BevG1

You need to call 4445 for customer service.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thank you.
I eventually also found the customer services number thank you.
I had to google to find it - couldn’t find it within the app. Just kept going round in circles and being directed to FAQs.
They did credit me the money.
