In my O2 account, my address is wrong. I wanted to purchase a device and aim contract but the delivery address auto populate the incorrect address.
O2 CS suggest ordering anyway then calling to change the delivery address - as them submitting a form to change my details takes a very long time.
I'm sceptical, as although this will change where my device gets delivered, my billing address will still be wrong (unless the new contract details supercede and override these?)
I can't order over the phone as my custom built package via the website is not possible to do over the phone.
Sidenote- I've been on pay as you go for 10 years apparently, do we get anything for loyalty?
