I’m unable to text from my number, they’re going from my email account

Have recently moved over to PAYG and unfortunately all my iMessages are going from my email account and I’m unable to select the phone number in the phone settings

Check Settings >Phone >My Number.

Then sign out and back in again of your Apple ID.
