Hi
I wonder if anyone can help me. I place an order online on 3rd Oct for some phone case for click and collect instore and have been trying to cancel the order now for 2 weeks. I even went instore with ID and they told me I had to call o2 customer service cause they cant cancel instore. I called up customer service, they can pull up my account details but not the order number and was told not to collect it. After 7 days the order would automatic be cancelled and refunded.
Its been 2 weeks now and I have no success getting the order cancel since customer service cant pull up my order on their system.
