I can’t receive ,top up or make phone calls with my o2

Dear o2 team , I am Joshua and quiet really unhappy . I can’t make phone calls with my o2 or even top up my o2 . Or receive phone calls . But I only get text message . Currently am in uae and I have tried everything it’s still not working please what’s the problem help me out .

You need plenty of credit as it's expensive in the UAE.

You also may have a roaming bar on your account, so youu need to call O2 or use live chat or Skype to have it removed. All numbers here
