My balance is still showing and hasnt been taken even though ive selected a tariff

Changes won't take effect until your anniversary date.
If you wish to start the new tariff immediately, you need to call O2 on 4445 or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
