If my Data Big Bundle runs out before my months renewal date is there a way of getting a fresh £10 Big Bundle without having to wait for the next months renewal date to come round?

@Anonymous Hi, I'm really not sure tbh, you would think it makes sense for O2 to take more money from a customer, but there is not an obvious, or easy way to renew the bundle early. You could try phoning Customer services and asking. I don't know why they don't just give PAYG customers the option to renew it early from - MY02.

Thanks for your reply.
The last time my Big Bundle ran out of data before the renewal date I topped up another £10 thinking that would do it, but it didn't! The credit was added but the Bundle still remained empty, so I had to buy a Bolt-on just to tide me over with data until the renewal date came round, then I got a fresh one.
I'm surprised there's not an option somewhere, but fortunately it doesn't happen to often.

@Anonymous I'm on PAYG too, I usually have some rollover data so I'm normally okay for the month (But I do have another SIM anyway)
The new £20 bundle is a good option, you get 30GB + unlimited mins/texts and up to 30GB rollover too.

It's an option offered by giffgaff which you can choose in your control panel so no idea why O2 force you to call 4445 to do it.
