New customer trying to get double data.
1. I put the SIM card in and tried to send a text to 2424 as required with "DOUBLE", wouldn't send.
2. I topped up £10 and immediately you chose my tariff for me. I had no option at this point.
3. I tried to send the text message again, it came up with a warning that it costs money to send the text. It looks like the text has been sent but no confirmation of the double data.
How long does this normally take?
