Getting 1% instead 10% rewards when topping up

I topped up £10 yesterday & only got 1% reward in my account 

I’ve been with 02 least ten years always got 10% back why has this changed

No idea, as the PAYG rewards site says 10% still and nothing in the t&c's has changed, so one for o2 customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Take advice offered above and reach out to O2. I know those in my house on the scheme usually check only once a quarter. Will see if they got similarly short-changed, they were topped-up late Dec-2025.
