I can't use my other mobile phone as it says network not registered. When I go to the 02 website and put in mobile number it says account frozen. It looks like I may have received a message but no calls to this number about 3 months ago, can I still get or keep my number as I really need to access an account this number is needed to access. We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
