I have opted to register my sim card to get the free £5 credit. Even downloaded the "My O2" and Network Checker App. However I'm lost where my £5 credit is? There is no further information and the £5 is not credited to the phone. What's going on? Feel like I've been scammed.

Day 8 and still looking to see if O2 are a good network to take on.

It seems the 7 day turnaround for £5 credit is just a scam. I've been with EE for 15 years until the signal isn't available where I am. Here's me looking at the other networks to see if they are any good and O2 are falling at the first hurdle.....

Day 10...... still no credit applied. I suspect this is just a ruse to give them all the details of owner of the number. Its a scandalous trick which will hurt the young and old the most. I'm quite put off with O2 Network now and reluctant to transfer all my business employees phones to this network.
