Hello. Good afternoon, excuse me, I am writing to inform you that I paid my debt a little late in October but I paid it. And it is supposed that for the month of November you, as usual, would have to automatically deduct the invoice and you have not done it. I was on vacation in my country and I come and I find this. Now I don't have money to pay anything other than to be able to go to work. Then for things like that one is left as a delinquent and I don't want to have problems like that. So I inform you that I will not be able to pay anything until December 28 that they pay me again. Please, if for the next time they are not going to discount me automatically, please let me know, really that then problems like these happen on December 28, I will pay you for November and December since I don't have any more money, thank you very much
