Erratic 4G Speeds Fast Then Slow

Okay last month I ungraded to the 100GB PAYG Bundle for 30 Pounds per month, I have used about 40GB and have 11 days to go till it is refreshed. When it works it's great but at the drop of a hat the speeds will suddenly just plumit. For example: Yesterday I was streaming stuff and it was working great (17Mbps Down) Then everything starts to buffer, I check the speeds and I'm getting 1.5Mbps and it's unusable, even surfing is slow. This happens nearly everyday, I have a very good 4G signal, so what is up with O2 4G?

Could be traffic management or just overload on the network.

Difficult to guess which in all honesty.

Yes but 4G dropping to those very slow speeds is a real problem for me.

If it doesn't suit, you should look at an alternative network.
