Was offered “boost your data” (double data offer) on PAYG  if I activate by 28.6.23 which I’ve done as today is the 27th. However my data is only showing 20gb on my £15 bundle instead of the promised 40gb

 

I phoned customer service and he had no idea, put me on hold for 20 mins then hung up .
