@Vic7 If you changed from a PAYG Big Bundle, with monthly top-up, to a Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" - check your card has been debited for this month (at your bank or card issuer).
If you moved from Contract to PAYG, several SIM settings need to be changed on your handset:
https://second-handphones.com/knowledge-centre/post/apn-settings-o2 has both Contract and (PAYG) settings. Settings can be sent to the phone by texting ACTIVE to 2020. Simply save and reboot your device.
