Hi I have had a message saying I have used 80% of my data allowance but I don’t think I have been using it can you please help thank you

You can check your phone to see which apps have used the most data.
If you have data on and your wifi drops out, you could use data without realising.
O2 will be able to tell you when data was used, but not by what.
