Solved: Credit another phone

My husband is in hospital in Edinburgh I am at home in Livingston, because of his condition he lost his temper and ruined his old phone, I got another one for him, now I need to put credit on it, 02's virtual assistant has been no help at all and a actual person I spoke to was very hard to hear
