Hi guys. I have a Nokia 106 which I use as a work phone and have a Pay as you go SIM card with o2 for this. I moved over to o2 from Vodafone a few days ago and everything was working fine until randomly one morning the phone was unable to make or receive calls and also unable to send or receive text messages. When trying to call someone, the phone says ‘Bundle call’ and then cuts off. When trying to call the phone from a different handset, it says ‘the mobile phone you are trying to call is switched off’. Now when I’m trying to ring o2 it’s near enough impossible for me to even speak to a human. Please please please can someone help me get this sorted as it is a work phone so I rely on it
