Hello! I’m in a bit of a pickle and having trouble getting support on the phone so any help is appreciated. My rolling plan automatically renews and for some reason this month it took the automatic payment but then it said that my rolling plan didn’t exist, so I had to purchase a new one in order to use data, get texts, etc.
Can anyone advise or help? Thanks.
